To help ensure that changes are made in a timely manner, this form is the only acceptable method to change your address with us. Direct e-mails will not receive action or response.

We have no control over what happens to the magazine once it has been shipped including what happens when it reaches the intended destination, failed mail forwarding, neighbors not giving you miss directed mail or any number of things that could fail.

Subscription refunds can not be issued once the first issue of your subscription has been sent. If the error is ours we will, and always have, taken responsibility for them.
