Allan Innman's photorealistic paintings commandeer nostalgia with a unique and immense pleasure. They glow with the ability to trap the essence of memory on canvas and, by presenting the objects by themselves, allow the viewer a grand playground for their imaginations to run amok. By doing this Innman transports the viewer directly back to that strange and ideal place known as childhood and once again imbues a sense that all things are interesting and worth investigating.
