Following a quick tour of San Diego's recent street art explosion (see previous post), Hi-Fructose paid a visit to the epicenter of it all with a trip down to the MCASD.  A heavy hitting exposition, Viva La Revolucion is a cross sectioning of the best international street artists working today.  With video and sound installations by JR and David Ellis, Faile's arcade games, Banksy print retrospective, Dzine custom cruisers, a towering Swoon piece and much, much more, the show serves as a great introduction to the world of contemporary street art, a feat that not only showcases the best of the best, but also (and most importantly), maintains the integrity of the outdoors in an indoor museum setting.  View a selection of our favorite works below.
